Zarlink manufactures a variety of discrete and embedded devices. Giawerx was commisoned to assist in developing various LabVIEW™ and TestStand™ test modules to be utilized in high volume manufacturing.

A variety of multi-channel high-frequency optical components were tested with various PXI and GPIB instrumentation. Since a variety of RF and Optical paths had to be intricately switched during test, Giawerx developed several switching utilities to manage the complexity of the signal path switching. Additionally, various I2C and SPI modules were developed to adjust biasing many other parameters of the products
